Shipping Policy

All orders are carefully inspected, packed, and shipped from the United States. Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please note that TZ Luxe Collection is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout, as orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
